Welcome to Tudhoe Moor Nursery School!
We are situated in Spennymoor, County Durham and can take approximately 100 children between the ages of 2 and 4.
We offer a nurturing environment where all children are supported to reach for the stars. During your child’s time here, they will develop values which will encourage them to be resilient, effective communicators, ambitious, caring and above all, happy. We follow the EYFS curriculum, with children enjoying both the inside area and outdoor environment. It is our aim for children to be ‘big school’ ready. Children will spend a small part of each session with their key worker group focusing on language development, early literacy, maths and pre-phonics skills, through classic story books, nursery rhymes and games.
Nursery is open between 7.45am and 5.30pm, which allows great flexibility for families. For more information and an application form, please call the school office or head to our ‘Admissions’ page of this website.
